At this point, Ariana was confused, trying to recover from the shock she had from the incident and also seeing Brian bleeding.  In her head, she thought "he must be looking pale by now" , considering how drenched his clothes were.

Ariana could not wait any longer, she cried for help as she screamed on top of her voice. While Audrey and Alex were wondering where the first din they heard came from,  they heard another one and by then realized it was coming from upstairs. They rushed upstairs with the lamp they had and saw Brian soaked in his own blood while in the arms of Ariana. 

Audrey took him from her to examine him and probably administer a first said. He asked for Ariana's first aid box but Alexandra immediately told her to relax that she'll go fetch it. And that was how Audrey stopped the flow by the treatment he administered to him (Brian).

When he (Audrey) was done, he allowed him lay down. It wasn't long before he slept off.

Ariana was wondering why Brian would take such risk to see her. Alex and Audrey wondered about the situation, how Brian got there in the first place and how he passed them downstairs and got up. She (Alex) wished for his quick recovery.

Ariana wrapped her hand around him ensuring he was fine and keeping him warm. Now, it's been raining for days and there's been total blackout which caused their phones to have been down, so there was no way for them to call for medical aid. All they could do is hope that Brian recovers because he really had lost a lot of blood...
