It was Christmas morning, everyone had gone home  except for Mr Anderson, Daniel, Andrey,  Alexandra, Beatrice and of course, Brian. 

Ariana watched as they stayed back to help clean up and set up decorations for the evening. They discussed how life has dealt with them this passed days, and how Mr Anderson was arrested by Audrey, how he left his house half naked and all... They laughed helplessly... Or, is it how Alexandra couldn't write her exams because she got caught up in the middle of everything that was  going on...? The gist went on and on man!

Ariana didn't know how to frame her words together to appreciate them, they were super amazing, she thanked God for bringing these beautiful people her way, her heart was full of gratitude. 

 After decorating , they continued the party till it was 2am.  They weren't looking so good as they haven't rested. At some point,  Ariana had to ask them to go home but they refused, they wanted to finish the work before them, before they left. So Ariana left them alone. After they were done at about 10am Christmas morning,  Mr Anderson said his goodbyes and left with Daniel, Audrey drove off with Beatrice, then Alexandra and Brian stayed put.

Ariana's mom, Mrs Tells left as well seeing she was in good hands, and it was just Brian and Alexander that were left at home with Ariana.  

Everywhere was lit and gorgeously looking flamboyant.  Alexandra wanted to proceed with cooking for the day but Ariana told her not to, that she had already made arrangements for food and drinks, that everyone should go rest and return later if they could,  so they would spend some time together later in the evening, and then she gets to hear all the gist from beginning to the end.

Then Alex left so she could go rest awhile before returning.  Brian refused to go home, instead,  he called his aunt and told her to send someone down with a change of cloth and the aunt obliged. 

After awhile,  Ariana told him to return home because it was Christmas and family should be together at Christmas, even though not for long, but for the little time they have, they should relax and catch up with whatever that has been going on in each other's life.

Brian understood her and decided to go home. 

Immediately he left, his cloths arrived minutes later at Ariana's apartment and she received them , then the maid left almost immediately. 

Everyone was excited with the season, it was Christmas and of course it was in the air, you could breath it everywhere you go, as preparations were going on in different homes headlong,  in order to beat time as they expect their guests would start arriving. It was quite beautiful... Yea, it was!

Brian had gotten home, showered, stayed with them for awhile but aunt Isabel knew he wanted to go back to her, so he made it easy for him. As it is tradition for them to sit in a round table and discuss every Christmas day with everyone present, make jokes and create fun for everybody, but not this year for Brian at least.  This year would be different for him, as he would not be attending. 

He want's to be with her, his entire body wasn't just there, he wanted to go to her, if he was there that night, Ariana wouldn't have gotten injured he said to himself. I feel she's my responsibility and I must make it up to her, so he stepped out to leave, the same time his aunt stepped out with him, and gave him a key to one of her cars. She said, "take! Go to her..."
